Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Management Support: Assist Product Owner and Product Analysts with GenAI product management and innovation sprints. Support activities related to product development and innovation.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure project alignment and successful delivery by maintaining clear communication and coordination.

  • Market Scouting: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to contribute to product strategy.

  • Agile Participation: Engage in squad-level agile ceremonies, including planning and prioritization sessions. Stay updated on best practices in product management and user research to enhance agile processes.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that guide product decisions and strategies. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

  • User Experience Research: Perform user experience research to understand user needs and behaviors. Ensure that product features and enhancements are aligned with user expectations and improve overall user satisfaction.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred; freshers are also encouraged to apply.
  • Technical Skills: Basic understanding of product management, GenAI technologies, and agile methodologies. Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
