Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education: B.E./B.Tech degree or equivalent.
Experience:
- 0.6 – 2 years of hands-on experience in Solutions Engineering or Professional Services is required; experience in SaaS is preferred.
- 0.6 – 2 years of hands-on experience with CRM systems, databases, and data integration processes. Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, and other SaaS platforms is highly relevant.
Technical Skills:
- Strong technical skills and aptitude in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Job Description & Responsibilities:-
Demo and POC Development: Build Demo and Proof of Concept (POC) environments for the field-based Solution Consulting & Sales teams, which are delivered to potential customers.
Gainsight Admin Role: Serve as the internal Gainsight Admin for the Solutions Engineering Operations POD, managing the Gainsight product suite (CS, PX, CC, and CE) demo environments.
Environment Configuration: Configure and maintain internal and cross-functional master demo environments, ensuring they are updated with the latest releases and features.
Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to incorporate new updates into demos, ensuring they are current and aligned with customer needs.
Solution Design: Analyze data and design solutions that align with business needs and specific use cases.
Platform Configuration: Customize the Gainsight platform to meet the unique needs and technical requirements of potential customers.
Technical Sales Support: Leverage your technical expertise to customize demos, build out-of-the-box integrations, and drive successful technical sales by clearly demonstrating the value proposition.
