Qualifications & Experiece Required:

Interpretation and Translation: Proficient in interpreting technical or dashboard structures and translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.
Advanced Reporting Expertise: Extensive experience with SSRS, alongside strong proficiency in other reporting tools like Tableau, Business Objects, Crystal Reports, and Power BI. Skilled in best practices for scalability, performance, content management, and governance.
SQL & Data Management: Deep understanding of SQL, relational database management systems, data modeling, and normalization. Advanced knowledge of data extraction mechanisms and data warehousing concepts.
Development & Visualization Skills: Strong development capabilities in SSRS, data analytics, and visualizations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

SSRS Report Development: Design, develop, conduct unit testing, and maintain complex SSRS reports with a focus on scalability, manageability, extensibility, performance, and reusability.
Technical Expertise: Provide deep technical expertise in architecture, design, and implementation. Determine the best implementation methods that align with the architect’s design.
Collaboration & Value Creation: Collaborate with team members to develop insightful reports and dashboards that improve processes, automate tasks, and add significant value.
Iterative Development: Engage in iterative review cycles to ensure results meet or exceed user expectations.
Coding Standards: Ensure consistency and quality by adhering to established software coding and style guides.
Experience in SSRS: Leverage proven experience in developing and supporting SSRS reports, including resolving SQL-related support tickets.
Healthcare/Medicaid Knowledge: Utilize existing experience in healthcare or Medicaid to drive process improvements and efficiencies.
Team Development: Take responsibility for coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
Certification Advantage: A Report Development Certification is considered a plus.
