Responsibilities:
- Answering to the queries and concerns of the customers.
- Assist in the collection of relevant data that may help in the recovery of some of the lost customers.
- Always keep abreast with the client’s process and/or policies.
- Remind and amplify customer complaints concerning product glitches.
- Serve customers professionally and while doing so, demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Be able to work not only in a single project or individually, but in the framework of a team.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate in Any Discipline: Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in any field with a proven ability to complete a college or university education.
- Freshers Eligible: The positions are open to all regardless of whether one has had any previous experience or not hence is perfect for young talents.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience: Prior work experience in a customer service interaction through the means of chat, email, or voice call is desirable, as they can easily pick on the skills required in the job.
- Probing Skills: Good skills of questioning to have all needed information and specific data concerning the customer’s queries and concerns.
- Analytical Skills: Through the review, comprehension, and analysis of problems, good analytical skills are required by a candidate so that he or she can come up with the right decisions.

- Written English Proficiency: Fluently written English a non-accentuated voice free of any regional or cultural worning that hinders comprehensibility, conveying a well professional and efficient message.
